Yogs hegten, sangen und erz\u00e4hlten Geschichten von Mut,Mitgef\u00fchl, Weisheit und innerem Gleichgewicht. Die Indianer haben sich eine sehr kreative und fesselnde Sammlung von Legenden ausgedacht,die sowohl unterhalten als auch zu unserem h\u00f6heren Selbst sprechen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Texte der Lieder sind einfach und sich wiederholend und daher leicht zu erlernen. Ein geschickter Bhajan- oder Kirtan-Leiter ist integrativ, wei\u00df, wie man die Energie in einem Raum aufbaut, und kann durch Singen und Spielen mit tiefem Gef\u00fchl eine Erfahrung erm\u00f6glichen, die f\u00fcr alle Anwesenden wirklich herz\u00f6ffnend ist.<\/p>\n<p>Seit \u00fcber 20 Jahren leite ich diese Gesangskreise, begleitet von Gitarre und erz\u00e4hle bunte Geschichten aus der indischen Mythologie.Bhakti Yoga ist eine kraftvolle Praxis des Herzens und kann zu einem Schl\u00fcssel werden, um es zu \u00f6ffnen, auf unsere Emotionen zuzugreifen, sich als Teil von etwas Gr\u00f6\u00dferem zu f\u00fchlen, sich in der Musik zu verlieren und wiederzufinden.<\/p>\n<p>Nachdem ich viele Jahre in Indien gelebt habe, habe ich die Bedeutung dieser Praxis im Yoga und in gr\u00f6\u00dferen Gemeinschaften miterlebt. Typischerweise endet ein Tag im traditionellen (l\u00e4ndlichen) Indien mit dem sogenannten \u0100rth\u012b: Die Menschen des Dorfes kommen zusammen, verabschieden den Tag dankbar und singen dann gemeinsam. F\u00fcr mich bringt diese Aktivit\u00e4t ein St\u00fcck indische Kultur und Tradition in das moderne, westliche Yogastudio.<\/p>\n<p>Bhajan-Gesang ist Teil jeder einzelnen Klasse, die ich unterrichte. Es k\u00f6nnte sein, f\u00fcr meine Sch\u00fcler w\u00e4hrend der \u015bav\u0101sana-Entspannung zu singen oder als gemeinsamer Gesang, um eine Absicht zu bekr\u00e4ftigen.
