Bewegte \u0100sana kommen eigentlich erst im Ha\u1e6dha Yoga (seit ca. 1000 n. Chr.) ins Yoga. Prim\u00e4r dienten diese ersten bewegten \u0100sanas im Ha\u1e6dha Yoga dazu,den \u00dcbenden auf die fortgeschrittenen Praktiken, Pr\u0101\u1e47\u0101y\u0101mas und Meditation, energetisch und physisch vorzubereiten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; font-size: 17px;\">Gleichzeitig bewegen sich viele Menschen heutzutage nicht mehr genug, was negative gesundheitliche Auswirkungen zur Folge haben kann. Daher besteht ein wirklicher Bedarf,gesunde Bewegung ins Yoga zu bringen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; font-size: 17px;\">In meinen Unterricht, versuche ich allen drei oben genannten Priorit\u00e4ten gerecht zu werden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; font-size: 17px;\">\u0100sana-Stunden haben bei mir immer ein gezieltes Thema, welches in und durch Bewegung durchleuchtet und erfahren wird.
